120 g Mango
0,5 Chilli pod
8 tsp Grainy mustard
1 tsp Brown cane sugar
Pepper from the mill
0,25 tsp Cardamom

Mango Chili Mustard Fondue Sauce tastes especially good with meat fondue. For the fondue sauce, first peel the mango, remove from the core and pour into a mixing bowl. Halve the chilli pod lengthwise. Remove cores. Coarsely chop the chilli and add to the mixture. Add mustard and sugar and puree. Season mango chili mustard fondue sauce with pepper and cardamom.
