Prawns Aioli can be served as tapas or small appetizer. Defrost shrimps, remove from shell, rinse and dry. Peel 1 garlic clove. Cut into thin slices. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté shrimps under tacks. Reduce temperature. Add the garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Take the shrimps off the stove. For aioli, mix the egg yolk with the mustard. First stir in corn germ oil drop by drop with a whisk until the oil has become creamy with the egg. Gradually stir in the remaining oil in small quantities until the aioli becomes creamy. Press 2 garlic cloves through the garlic press and stir in. Season the aioli with salt. At the end stir the brandy under the aioli. Serve with prawns.
