Chicken breast with zucchini

To chicken breast with zucchini rice tastes very good. Brown the chicken breast vigorously in 1 tablespoon of oil. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce temperature slightly. Chicken breast 10 to 12 minutes with occasional turning fry. Preheat baking oven to 80° C. Put chicken breast on plate. Keep warm in the oven. Finely dice the shallots and garlic. Steam in 1 tablespoon of oil. Finely chop the rosemary needles and add the twigs. Cut off the stem of the zucchini. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices and sauté in a pan. Deglaze with cream. Bring to the boil. Season zucchini with pepper and salt. Chicken breast in slices cut. Arrange vegetables on the courgette.
