Apple sheet cake with pudding
Quantity Ingredient
90 g Butter
350 g Oreo biscuits
1 packet Vanilla Pudding Powder
40 g Sugar
0,4 l Milk
200 g Cream Fraiche
2 packet Ground gelatine
5 tbsp Water
720 g Apple compote

Apple baking tray cake with pudding is prepared without baking. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Grate biscuits finely. Knead in the butter. Place a baking frame on half a cake tin. Fill in the biscuits, distribute and press firmly. Place the cake tray in the fridge. Pudding powder and sugar mix. Add a little milk and stir until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil. Stir in pudding powder. Take the pot off the stove. Place a piece of foil directly on the pudding. Allow to cool. Remove foil. Stir in cream fraiche. Spread the pudding on the cake. Leave to set in the refrigerator. Pour the gelatine into a saucepan. Add water. Leave to swell for 10 minutes. Warm slightly. Stir in the apple compote. Let the apple compote cool. Spread the apple compote on the pudding. Place apple baking cake in the fridge until serving.
