Cabanossi is served hot as a snack and tastes very spicy. The sauce is easy to prepare. Blanch the tomato with boiling water. Peel, core and dice. Pour into a blender jug. Peel 2 garlic cloves and add. Pluck basil and parsley and add. Season with a pinch of salt and puree. Mix sauce with finely grated Parmesan, almonds and 1 tablespoon oil. Cut the cabanossi into slices. Peel 3 garlic cloves and cut into slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add the cabanossi and garlic and fry briefly. Serve Cabanossi with sauce. Brush contact grill with some oil. Cut the flat bread into strips and fry. Serve Cabanossi with flat bread.
