Layer rose cabbage with mince is a simple stew dish. Peel and chop the potatoes. Clean rose cabbage. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry the mince well. Season with caraway. Reduce temperature. Add the potatoes as the next layer. Fill it with a layer of rose cabbage. Add the broth. Put the lid on. Bring to the boil. Layer roses cabbage with mince 15 minutes braise. Stir starch with a little cold water until smooth. Thicken the layer of rose cabbage with the minced meat slightly.
