Pork fillet heads

For pork tenderloin heads first preheat the oven to 220° C. Season oil with pepper and finely chopped herbs such as rosemary, thyme and oregano. Press garlic through the garlic press and add. Remove the white skins of the pork fillet heads. Brush the meat with oil. Heat a pan. Brown the pork fillet heads all around. Grease a casserole dish. Put the pork fillet heads into the mould. Cook on the middle rack for 7 to 8 minutes. Season with salt. Let pork fillet heads rest for a few minutes before slicing so that the meat juice is evenly distributed.
