Thick rib with potato leek vegetables

1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Soy sauce
Pepper from the mill
1 kg Thick rib
300 g Potatoes
300 g Leeks
1 Onions
20 g Butter
20 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,125 l Milk
0,125 l Vegetable broth
Salt

For thick rib with potato leek vegetables first stir the marinade. Mix honey, ketchup and soy sauce. Season with pepper. Cut the thick rib into pieces along the bones. Brush with marinade. Place the thick rib on an oil-coated baking tray. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Bake the thick rib on the middle rack for 15 minutes. Turn and bake for another 15 minutes. In between brush with some marinade. Increase temperature to 250° C. Brown thick rib for 10 minutes. For the vegetable peel boil potatoes, peel and cut into slices. Cut leeks into rings. Dice the onions. Heat the butter in a pan. Steam leeks and onions until soft. Sprinkle the vegetables with flour. Mix the leeks with the vegetables. Stir in the milk. Add the broth. Fold in the potatoes. Potato leek Season vegetables with pepper and salt.
