Beef meat loaf with Letscho rice

Beef meat loaf with Letscho rice can be prepared quickly and easily. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Knead beef minced meat, egg and breadcrumbs into flour. Season with pepper, salt, paprika and finely chopped oregano. Finely dice the paprika and an onion and mix in. Brush the baking tray with some oil. Put the minced beef on the baking tray. Form an oval meat loaf with slightly moistened hands. Bake the meat loaf on the middle shelf for 40 minutes. Cut 1 onion and garlic into fine cubes. Put onions, garlic, rice and oil in a pan and fry until translucent. Letcho in the mix. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil. Let the rice cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Stir once in a while. Finely chop the parsley. Take the beef meat loaf out of the oven. Allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Sprinkle parsley over the Letscho rice.
