2 Cucumber spice
2 tbsp Light mayonnaise
1 tsp Mustard
2 Eggs
120 g Cocktail tomatoes
400 g Boiling Potatoes
0,125 l Beef Meat Broth
1 Onions
2 tbsp Parsley
Pepper & Salt
1 tbsp Herbs Vinegar
1 Vienna sausages

Landfrauen Potato Salad tastes spicy and satiates well. Boil the potatoes, drain and place in cold water for quick cooling. Boil the eggs hard and allow to cool. Peel potatoes, cut into slices and fill into a salad bowl. Dice the onions and put them in a pot. Add broth and vinegar. Bring to the boil bubbly. Mix hot with the potatoes. Add mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. For the Landfrauen salad, first cut the cucumbers into slices and quarter the tomatoes. Cut the sausages into slices. Peel eggs and chop coarsely. Mix the cucumbers, tomatoes, sausages and eggs with the country women salad. Chop the parsley and sprinkle over it. Landfrauen potato salad in the refrigerator 20 minutes.
