0,5 packet Back Powder
120 g Pizza Cheese
250 g Courgette
0,2 l Milk
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
2 tbsp Smooth parsley

Zucchini cheese pancakes rise loosely during baking. For the dough first mix flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt and finely grated cheese. Stir in the milk. Stir the eggs into the dough. Grate the zucchini coarsely. Fill into a cloth. Squeeze by twisting the cloth together. Mix the zucchini with the dough. Cut the parsley into strips and stir in. Heat the oil in portions in a pan. For each zucchini cheese pancake, spread a ladle of dough in the pan. As soon as the pancakes start to falter, reduce the temperature slightly. Turn the zucchini cheese pancakes over and bake until golden brown.
