Baked mushroom buns

Baked mushroom buns taste best oven warm and satisfy well. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Quarter the mushrooms and fry them vigorously in oil. Season with pepper, salt and pressed garlic. Strip the thyme leaves from the branches and sprinkle over the mushrooms. For baked rolls, it is best to cut hearty grains into rolls. Brush both halves with soft butter and place on a baking tray. Spread the mushrooms on the rolls. Cut the cheese into strips and place on top. Push the plate into the oven on the middle rail. Baked rolls take about 5 minutes until the cheese runs.
