Cucumber fish salad with trout fillet

300 g Cucumber salad
1 tbsp Maize Germ Oil
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Pepper & Salt
0,25 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Dill
200 g Smoked trout fillets
40 g Beetroot
150 g Yogurt
20 g Sour cream

Cucumber fish salad with trout fillet can be served as a main course. Rinse salad cucumber, dry, cut into slices and fill into a bowl. For the dressing mix oil with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Season with pepper, salt, sugar and 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill. Mix the dressing with the cucumbers. Cut the trout fillet into pieces and fold in. Cut beetroot into fine strips. Sprinkle the trout fillet fish salad over it. Mix yoghurt with sour cream. Season with pepper, salt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon dill. Spread the yoghurt sauce over the cucumber fish salad with trout filet.
