Kassler Potato Casserole

Kassler Potato Casserole is a simple and inexpensive recipe. Peel the potatoes when they are firmly cooked. Cut into slices. Pour into a pot. Cover with salt water. Bring to the boil briefly. Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes and drain. Preheat oven to 200° C. Leave small brown mushrooms whole. Cut leek into rings. Drain butter in a pan. Steam brown mushrooms and leek until soft. Dice Kassler Salmon meat and mix in. Season with pepper from the mill, salt and dried marjoram. Fold in potatoes. Pour into a casserole dish. Whisk eggs and milk. Season with pepper, marjoram and instant broth. Pour the pouring over the Kassler casserole. Bake Kassler Potato Casserole on the middle shelf for 30 minutes.
