Curry sausage with mushroom hunter sauce

For curry sausage with mushroom hunter sauce first soak mixed mushrooms 30 minutes in water. Brush a pan with 1 tsp oil and heat. Slowly fry the curry sausage at medium temperature with occasional turning. For the Jäger sauce cut 50 g mushrooms into slices. Dice the onions. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pot. Brown the mushroom slices and half the onions. Season with pepper, salt and thyme. Stir in the tomato purée. Add the broth. Add mixed mushrooms with soaking water. Hunter sauce briefly boil up. Thicken with dark sauces Binder. As a side dish, halve 200 g mushrooms. Heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan. Brown the mushrooms and the rest of the onions. Season with pepper, salt and thyme. Prepare the french fries. Cut the curry sausage into slices. Spread the Jäger sauce over the curry sausage. Chop the parsley finely and sprinkle over it. Serve with the rest of the mushrooms and chips.
