For baked ham with figs mustard starter first preheat the oven to 220° C. Defrost the pretzels for 10 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes on the middle shelf. Cut the lid of the mini pretzels in half. Allow to cool. Fold a slice of baked ham each without fat edge. Arrange on the pretzels. Cut 2 figs into slices. Put the ham on the bacon. Garnish with figs and mustard. Arrange the starter on a plate. Decorate with other figs. Serve the rest of the fig mustard as a starter.
