|300 g||Floury boiling potatoes|
|1 tbsp||Maize Germ Oil|
|6 tbsp||Curry sausage sauce|
Berliner Curry Wurst is originally prepared with Curry Wurst without gut. Since we do not live in Berlin, we have used a normal curry sausage with intestine. For the French fries, first peel the potatoes. Cut into pencils. Place in a bowl with water until the starch dissolves. Dry potatoes well. Preheat deep fryer to 150° C. Fry the French fries in hot fat for 6 minutes. Drain. Increase temperature to 180° C. In the meantime, cut slices of Berliner Curry Wurst into half, but do not cut them completely. Heat the oil in a pan. Roast Berlin Curry sausage under turning. Finally heat the sauce lightly in a pan. Fry the French fries for 3 minutes until crispy. Drain well. Season with salt. Fill sauce on plates. Place the Berliner Curry Wurst on top. Sprinkle with curry powder. Serve with French fries.
