Meat loaf cabbage salad bread roll

Meat loaf cabbage salad rolls can be served hot or cold. Preheat the oven to 225° C for the meat loaf. Knead the minced meat, eggs, milk and breadcrumbs together. Season with salt and pepper. Finely dice onions and garlic and knead in. Cut the parsley into strips and mix in. Brush a 25er box form with oil. Form a long meat loaf. Put it in the mould. Press lightly. Bake on the middle shelf for 50 minutes. Falling onto a kitchen plank. Allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Cut the buns open. Lollo Bionda on it. Spread the tzatziki on it. Pour cabbage salad into a sieve and drain well. Spread the cabbage salad on the rolls. Cut the meat loaf into slices. Put salad on the cabbage. Garnish the rolls with some tzatziki and paprika rings.
