Carrots Kassler stew

This carrot Kassler stew is prepared with kohlrabi and noodles. Peel the carrots and kohlrabi and cut into sticks. Finely dice the onions. Cut the cassler into cubes. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté Kassler briefly. Take it out of the pot. Brown the carrots, kohlrabi and onions. Add the broth. Season the stew with salt and pepper. Add noodles. Bring the carrot stew to the boil briefly. Put the lid on. Let the stew simmer at medium heat for 15 minutes. Add the cassler and heat briefly. Finely chop the parsley. Sprinkle the Kassler stew in the carrots shortly before serving.
