Antipasti Canapes

2 Black olives
10 g Dried tomatoes in oil
80 g Petit pain
Basil
20 g Mushrooms in oil
20 g Romana salad
20 g Zucchini in oil
20 g Pickled peppers
1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
150 g Ricotta Fresh cheese

For Antipasti Canapes first mix ricotta with balsamic vinegar. Press garlic through the garlic press and stir in. Season with salt and pepper. Cut tomatoes and olives into fine cubes and mix in. Cut the basil into fine strips and stir into the antipasti cream. For the Canapes Petit Pain cut into slices. Put the salad on the canapes. Arrange antipasti cream on top. Drain the vegetables well. Decorate antipasti canapes with mushrooms, peppers and courgettes.
