Tahina Sesame Paste is versatile. It tastes nutty and is very spicy. For Tahina Sesame Paste, first lightly fry the sesame seeds in a pan while stirring until they begin to smell. Allow to cool and pour into a mixing bowl. Add sesame oil and puree to a creamy Tahina paste. To prevent the Tahina paste from getting too hot, switch off the blender in between and take short breaks. Round off the Tahina Sesame Paste with a pinch of salt.
