Canapes with Kassler Cream
Quantity Ingredient
150 g Herbs Fresh cheese
2 tbsp Cream
150 g Kassler cold cuts
White Pepper
60 g Baguette
30 g Iceberg Salad
1 tbsp Cut leek

Canapes with Kassler cream can be prepared very well. For the cream puree fresh cheese, cream and 100 g coarsely chopped Kassler cold cuts. Season with pepper. Cut the baguette into slices for the canapes. Pluck the salad into pieces and spread on top. Pour the Kassler cream into a piping bag and arrange on the canapes. Cut the remaining Kassler into fine strips and decorate the cream with them. Sprinkle the canapes with finely chopped leek.
