Apple Chocolate Cake

1 packet Chocolate Pudding Powder
20 g Food starch
150 g Sugar
0,45 l Milk
0,125 l Cream
1 Eggs
150 g Quark
6 tbsp Maize Germ Oil
300 g Wheat Flour Type 405
1 packet Back Powder
100 g Chocolate droplet
1,5 kg Apple
2 tbsp Apricot jam
2 cl Apricot Liqueur

Apple chocolate cake is baked with a simple quark oil dough. For the topping, mix chocolate pudding powder, starch and 75 g sugar with 6 tbsp milk. Bring 250 ml milk to the boil. Stir in chocolate pudding powder until a firm smooth mass is obtained. Take it off the stove. Allow to cool, stirring occasionally. Stir the cream and egg yolk into the pudding. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Preheat baking oven to 175° C. Line baking tray with baking paper. For the cake mix the quark dough, 6 tbsp milk and oil. Season with a pinch of salt. Mix flour, baking powder and chocolate droplets and knead in. Roll out the dough to a rectangle of 35 x 25 cm. Put it on the tray. Place a baking frame around the dough. Spread the chocolate pudding on the dough. Peel apples, remove seeds and cut into slices. Place apple slices on the pudding. Bake apple cake on the middle shelf from above for 50 minutes. Sift the jam through a sieve. Mix with liqueur. Spread apple cake still hot with jam.
