Apple Calvados Jelly with Pudding
Quantity Ingredient
250 g Apple compote
0,25 l Milk
0,5 l Apple wine
6 leaf Gelatine
16 g Rum Cherries
2 tbsp Calvados Apple Brand
2 tbsp Sugar
1 packet Vanilla Pudding Powder

For apple Calvados jelly with pudding first mix pudding powder and sugar. Stir with a little milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil briefly. Stir in the mixed pudding powder. Allow to thicken briefly. Take it off the stove. Allow to cool a little. Stir in the apple compote. Spread the apple pudding over four glasses. Leave to set in the fridge for 30 minutes. For the apple Calvados jelly first soak gelatine 5 minutes in cold water. Warm the apple wine slightly. Dissolve the squeezed out gelatine in it. Stir in Calvados. Take it off the stove. Drain the cherries from the rum. Place on a small spoon and arrange on the pudding. Pour Calvados jelly over it. Let Calvados jelly set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
