Apple raisins biscuits

125 g Butter
60 g Brown sugar
1 Eggs
150 g Wheat Flour Type 405
1 tsp Back Powder
80 g Dried apple rings
50 g Raisins
50 g Cornflakes

Apple raisin biscuits are prepared with cornflakes, making them taste slightly crispy. Preheat baking oven to 175° C. Mix soft butter with sugar until creamy. Stir in egg. Mix flour, baking powder, diced apple rings, raisins and cornflakes. Knead into the butter by hand. Line two baking trays with baking paper. Roll the dough into small balls. Place apple raisins biscuits with some distance on the trays. Press biscuits slightly flat. Bake the trays one after the other on the middle rack. Apple raisins biscuits with the paper from the tray on a grid pull and let cool.
