Beans minced rice casserole is baked with a creamy gorgonzola sauce. Cook the rice and beans. Dice onions and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat vigorously. Add onions and garlic. Stir in tomato cubes from the tin and tomato pulp. Season minced meat with pepper and salt. Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour. Deglaze with milk while stirring. Bring to the boil. Stir the broth into the sauce. Set to low temperature. Melt the gorgonzola in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Drain the beans. Pour the rice into a casserole dish. Fill the minced meat with tomato sauce on the rice. Pour the cheese sauce over the casserole. Spread the beans on the rice casserole. Sprinkle with grated gouda. Beans minced meat casserole on the middle rail 10 minutes gratinated.
