250 g Butter
210 g Sugar
2 tbsp Breadcrumbs flour
125 g Wheat Flour Type 405
3 Eggs
0,5 packet Back Powder
125 g Food starch
1 tsp Ground Vanilla
100 g Ground almonds
100 g Almond splinters
20 cl Amaretto Liqueur

Amaretto almond cake is baked in a box of 25. Melt butter at a low temperature, cool and allow to set slightly. Preheat baking oven to 175° C. Grease the mould and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and flour. Pour 200 g sugar into a mixing bowl. Add butter and stir until creamy. Stir in the eggs gradually for 1 minute at a time. Mix flour, starch, baking powder, ground almonds and vanilla. Gradually stir into the butter. Stir in the Amaretto. Pour the Amaretto cake into the pan. Sprinkle it with almond slivers. Sprinkle thinly with 1 teaspoon sugar. Amaretto almond cake on the middle rail 70 minutes bake. Amaretto almond cake carefully throw on a cake grid. Turn around and allow to cool.
