Artichokes Minced meat Noodle Casserole

1 Onions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic cloves
Pepper from the mill
250 g Beef minced meat
2 Rosemary twigs
Salt
250 g Tortellini Noodles
250 g Tomato puree
30 g Dried tomatoes in oil
100 g Artichoke Hearts
120 g Mozzarella Bambini

For artichokes minced meat noodle soufflé first preheat the oven to 200° C. Finely dice the onions and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat vigorously. Add onions and garlic. Season with pepper, salt and finely chopped rosemary. Mix the tomato puree with the minced meat. Mix the fresh tortellini noodles with the minced meat and pour into a casserole dish. Quarter drained artichokes hearts. Spread the artichokes over the pasta casserole. Drain the tomatoes and arrange between the artichokes. Drain the mozzarella and spread over the pasta casserole. Artichokes minced meat noodle casserole on the middle rail 10 minutes gratinated.
