Carbonade in beer marinade

Carbonade in beer marinade can be marinated overnight and covered in the refrigerator draw. For the beer mix marinade oil, black beer, mustard and honey. Season with pepper, paprika powder and cayenne pepper. Finely dice the garlic and shallot and stir in. Allow 2 slices of carbonate to steep in the marinade for at least 60 minutes. Drain well.
