1 tsp Lemon juice
1 Shallots Onion
Pepper from the mill
200 g Smoked Salmon
150 g Fresh cheese
2 tbsp Dill
2 Croissant
40 g Yogurt

Apple salmon tartare can be very well prepared for a cold buffet. For the apple salmon tartare peel a sour apple and shallots. Dice both finely. Mix with lemon juice. Cut the salmon into small cubes and mix in. Season the tartar with pepper and 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill. For the dip, mix fresh cheese with yoghurt. Season with pepper and 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill. Cut the croissant into slices. Spread with dip. Arrange the apple and salmon tatar on it.
