Apple salmon tartar

80 g Apple
1 Shallots Onion
1 tsp Lemon juice
200 g Smoked Salmon
Pepper from the mill
2 tbsp Dill
150 g Fresh cheese
40 g Yogurt
2 Croissant

Apple salmon tartare can be prepared very well for a cold buffet. For the apple salmon tartare, peel a tart apple and shallot onion. Both finely dice. Mix with lemon juice. Cut smoked salmon into small cubes and mix in. Season the smoked salmon tartar with ground pepper and 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill. For the dip, mix fresh cheese with yoghurt. Season with pepper and 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill. Cut croissant into slices. Spread with dip. Arrange the apple and salmon tartar on top.
