Stuffed pork medallions

Stuffed pork medallions can be served as a small starter. Cut the pork medallions from the edge to the middle and pull them apart slightly. For the filling, cut the mozzarella and tomato into small cubes. Pluck the basil and mix in. Distribute the filling into the openings. Form stuffed pork medallions into round shapes. Wrap bacon around the edge. Heat the oil in a pan. Stuffed pork medallions from both sides briefly and vigorously sauté. Reduce temperature. Fry stuffed pork medallions for 2 to 3 minutes until done. Season with pepper.
