For BBQ turkey schnitzel and baked potatoes, first preheat the oven to 200° C. Wash and dry the potatoes and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices. Mix the potatoes with 1 tablespoon of oil. Season with pepper, salt and herbs. Spread the baked potato on an oiled tray. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven. Bake the baked potato for 20 to 25 minutes. Season turkey schnitzel with pepper and salt. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Fry the turkey schnitzel and remove from the pan. Add BBQ sauce and drained paprika vegetables. Season BBQ sauce with pepper and salt. Keep turkey escalope warm in BBQ sauce and serve with baked potato.
