Amaretto Apple Jelly

500 g Apple
0,35 l Water
85 g Gelier sugar 2:1
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Amaretto Liqueur

Amaretto apple jelly has a light almond aroma. Wash and dry apples, remove stems and flowers. Coarsely dice apples with skin and core and fill into a pot. Add water and cover with a lid. Bring to the boil briefly and simmer at medium heat for 15 minutes until the top apples become soft. Do not stir so that the apple jelly remains clear. Fill a sieve onto a bowl and line with a cloth. Fill in the apples and drain. Do not express. Pour apple juice into the pot. Cook without lid for 10 minutes until bubbly. Stir in the gelling sugar and cook for another 4 minutes. Add lemon juice and amaretto. If you eat 20 g Amaretto apple jelly per serving, that's about 35 kcal.
