500 g Cassler Salmon Meat
1 tbsp BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Honey
Pepper & Salt

Kassler salmon is easy to prepare in the oven and can be served hot or cold. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Put Kassler salmon meat on an oiled baking tray. Mix BBQ sauce, ketchup, soy sauce and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Brush the skin of the Kassler salmon meat with it thickly. Bake Kassler salmon on the middle rack for 30 minutes.
