Beef Hip Steak Stroganoff

300 g Mushrooms
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Onions
3 Gherkins
Pepper & Salt
100 g Sour cream
1 tbsp Parsley
300 g Beef Hip Steak

Beef hip steak Stroganoff is prepared with fried mushrooms and a creamy Stroganoff sauce. As a side dish, halve 200 g mushrooms and fry in 1 tablespoon of oil. Season with salt and pepper. For the Stroganoff sauce, dice 100 g mushrooms, onions, garlic and gherkins and fry in 1 tbsp oil. Pour into a blender jug. Puree and leave to cool. Stir the sour cream and finely chopped parsley into the puree. Season Stroganoff sauce with pepper and salt. Lightly brush a grill pan with oil and heat. Beef hip steak 1 minute sharply sauté. Reduce temperature slightly. Beef hip steak from the other side 1 minute brown. Reduce temperature gradually. Beef hip steak per side another 2 minutes fry. Season with salt and pepper. Serve beef hip steak with mushrooms and Stroganoff sauce.
