Quark meatballs

Quark meatballs are particularly fluffy and taste very juicy. For the meatballs, knead the ground beef, low-fat quark, mustard and breadcrumbs. Finely chop the onions and garlic and mix in. Season with pepper, salt and chili powder. Finely chop fresh oregano and mix in. Form 4 quark patties with moistened hands. Heat rapeseed oil in a pan. Fry the Quark Frikadellen on both sides only briefly on the highest heat. Switch the temperature to medium. Fry the Quark Frikadellen for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
