Potato casserole with Merguez Brat Wurst

Potato casserole with Merguez Brat Wurst is quick and easy to prepare. Preheat baking oven to 225° C. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and cook the potatoes as salt for 15 minutes. Dice onions and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry Merguez Brat sausage at medium temperature for 10 minutes. For the icing, mix sour cream and egg. Season with salt, paprika powder and cayenne pepper. Dice the mozzarella and mix half into the icing. Drain the potatoes. Cut the Merguez Brat sausage into pieces and fill them with the onions and potatoes into a casserole dish. Spread the glaze over it. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella over the casserole. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Casserole with Merguez Brat Wurst on the middle rail baked for 15 minutes.
