Meat loaf with sweet and sour sauce

Basmati rice tastes very good with meat loaf with sweet and sour sauce. Preheat baking oven to 225° C. For the meat loaf, first pour the turkey minced meat into a bowl. Finely dice 1/2 onion, 1 garlic clove and 5 g ginger and mix in. Season minced meat with soy sauce, pepper and salt. Knead the breadcrumbs into the flour. Grease a baking tray. Place minced meat in a corner of the tray and press to a flat meat loaf that has the height of the edge of the tray. Bake the meat loaf on the middle shelf for 25 minutes. Put the rice in a saucepan. Cover lightly with water and season with a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil. Put a lid on it. Leave to swell at low heat for 15 minutes. For the sauce, heat sweet and sour in a frying pan of oil. Brown Chop Suey deep-frozen. Cut 1/2 onion into strips, cut garlic and ginger into fine cubes and add. Sprinkle sugar over the vegetables. Deglaze with sake. Stir in Kecap Manis. Extend sauce sweet and sour with water. Season with broth. Stir the Sweet & Sour Sauce into the sweet and sour sauce. Cut the meat loaf into thin slices. Serve sweet and sour with rice and sauce.
