Cold prawns asparagus starter

Cold shrimps asparagus starter best prepared in time. Defrost shrimps ready for cooking. Peel the lower third of the asparagus. Cut off any woody ends. Cut the asparagus into pieces. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry shrimps and asparagus on a medium heat for 10 minutes. Press garlic through the garlic press and add. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with Noilly Prat. Mix in dark balsamic vinegar. Allow to cool. For the cold starter, clean Lollo Rosso and serve on plates. Spread the asparagus on the salad. Arrange cold prawns on the starter. Just before serving, drizzle the broth from the pan over the cold shrimp starter.
