Avocado Feta Fondue Cream

Avocado Feta Fondue Cream tastes very creamy and has a fine pungency. Cut a ripe avocado lengthwise all around. Detach from the core with a rotary motion. Peel off the bowl. Puree avocado, feta and fresh cheese. Season avocado feta fondue cream with lemon juice, pepper and salt. Press garlic through the garlic press. Stir into the Feta Fondue Cream. Cut the chilli into fine rings and remove the seeds. Mix the chillies with the fondue cream.
