185 g Green asparagus a.d. glass
2 Lemon slices
120 g Bresso Fresh Cheese
0,5 tbsp Dill

Asparagus salmon rolls can be prepared quickly and easily. Drain the asparagus and cut in half. For the rolls, brush the salmon slices with fresh cheese up to the middle. Place 4 pieces of asparagus each on the cheese. Roll up the salmon rolls from the occupied side. Cut lemon slices into pieces. Decorate asparagus salmon rolls with lemon pieces and dill.
