Apple waffles
Quantity Ingredient
250 g Spelt Flour
2 tsp Back Powder
60 g Brown sugar
250 g Sour cream
200 g Apple
2 tsp Apple vinegar
2 Eggs
60 g Elderberry blossoms jelly

Apple waffles remain soft and taste juicy. For apple waffles mix flour, baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir in the sour cream. Peel apple, remove seeds and grate finely. Mix with apple vinegar. Stir into the dough. Stir in eggs. Preheat waffle iron to lowest level. Grease lightly before each baking cycle. For apple waffles fill 3 tbsp dough in the middle of the waffle iron. Bake apple waffles lightly. Elderberry blossom jelly goes well with it.
