Jäger Mett Canapes are served with pickled mushrooms, which can be prepared very well. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Cut the garlic into fine slices. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the mushrooms vigorously. Add the garlic. Deglaze with wine. Pour the mushrooms into a bowl. Season with vinegar, pepper and salt. Finely chop the parsley and mix in. Cool and leave to stand in the refrigerator until served, covered. For the hunter Mett Canapes cut baguette into slices. Spread thinly with butter. Place the salad on top. Hunter Mett on the canapes. Season with pepper. Drain the mushrooms and decorate the Jäger Mett Canapes with them. Cut the shallots into fine slices and arrange them on the Jäger Mett Canapes.
