For Prager Schnitzel, first preheat the oven to 80° C and heat two plates. Beat the chicken cutlets flat. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Turn the Prager Schnitzel in enough wheat flour type 405 and pat it down. To calculate calories, I have only included the actual flour used. Heat the corn oil in a frying pan. Fry the Prager Schnitzel. Keep warm in oven. Arrange Prague ham on top of cutlet. Beat eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop parsley and mix in. Prepare scrambled eggs in the frying pan. Arrange the eggs on the Prager Schnitzel.
