Calamari fish rolls with aioli

80 g Aioli Cream
40 g Lollo bionda Salad
250 g Calamari inks fish

Calamari fish rolls with aioli taste best freshly prepared. Preheat the deep fryer to 180° C for the calamari. Cut the buns open. Spread each half with aioli. Lollo Bionda on the fish to serve bread rolls. Fry the calamari for 2 minutes and drain well in the basket. Arrange the calamari on the fish rolls and serve immediately. Drizzle some aioli over it as desired.
