Carrots Leek Sliced

For carrots leek strips first boil wild rice. Peel and slice the carrots. Clean the leeks and cut into rings. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the slices vigorously. Add the carrots and leeks and fry briefly. Season with pepper, salt, herbs and finely chopped garlic. Add the broth. Put on a lid and bring to the boil briefly. Cook the chopped meat at medium heat for 10 minutes. Mix starch with a little cold water. Tie carrots of leek strips with it. Stir in fresh cheese. Finely chop the parsley. Sprinkle carrots and leek with parsley and serve with rice.
