Coleslaw potato salad

For Coleslaw potato salad first boil potatoes in their skins. Drain water. Put the potatoes in cold water to cool down faster. Pour the Coleslaw salad into a bowl. Rinse the corn and beans, drain and mix into the Coleslaw salad. Dice onions and add. Season with salt and pepper. Peel and slice the potatoes and add them to the Coleslaw salad. Chop parsley finely and sprinkle over the Coleslaw potato salad.
