Savoy cabbage quiche

250 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,5 tsp Salt
1 Egg yolk
175 g Butter
3 tbsp Ice Water
400 g Savoy cabbage
1 Onions
1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
Pepper from the mill
120 g Cooked ham
120 g Middle Ages Gouda
3 Eggs
0,2 l Cream

This savoy cabbage quiche is prepared with cooked ham and gouda. Mix flour and salt. Knead in egg yolk, cold butter cut into pieces and ice water. Finally knead by hand until smooth. Wrap the dough in foil. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Savoy cabbage cut into strips. Dice the onions. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Brown the onions. Savoy cabbage Rinse cabbage, drain lightly and add. Put a lid on it. Steam for 10 minutes at medium temperature. Stir cabbage savoy cabbage between meals. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the ham and gouda into strips. Grease a 26 spring form. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface. Place in the mould and form an edge. Prick the bottom of the dough several times with a fork. Pre-bake quiche on the lowest rack for 15 minutes. Mix cabbage, ham and gouda and pour into the quiche. Mix eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the quiche. Bake the quiche on the lowest rack for 25 minutes.
