For banana curry fondue sauce can be prepared quickly and easily. Peel a ripe banana, break into pieces and fill into a bowl. Sprinkle lime juice over the bananas. With a fork crush to fine mush. Stir in yoghurt and sour cream. Season banana fondue sauce with curry powder. Add a pinch of turmeric, chilli and salt. Place the curry fondue sauce in a cool place until serving.
