Aioli Eggs Salad

Aioli Eggs Salad

This aioli egg salad is prepared with prawns. Boil the eggs hard. Sauté the prawns in oil for a short time. Season with salt and pepper. Peel 1 garlic clove, press through the garlic press and add. Remove the seeds from the chilli pod, dice finely and add to the prawns. Season with thyme. Allow the shrimps to cool. Mix mayonnaise and yoghurt for the aioli. Press 2 garlic cloves through the garlic press and stir in. Season the aioli with pepper and salt. Place eggs in cold water to cool faster. For the salad, cut the tomatoes into quarters and the olives into slices. Peel and quarter the eggs. Egg salad with prawns, tomatoes and olives arrange. Spread the aioli over the salad.
